• 1How long does it take to see the result of my application?

  Our experts will review the information you entered in advance and then proceed with the application to the immigration office. It takes at least 30 minutes after application to the immigration office, and depending on the application details or country of entry, the screening time may be delayed by up to 3 days. Please apply in advance before entering the country.

• 2What is the application cost?

  The application cost consists of the ESTA application fee, payment fee, and service usage fee. Regardless of the exchange rate, the application fee is $60 in USD.

• 3How do I get a refund or cancellation?

  If you submit your application to us but before the immigration office, you can cancel and receive a refund immediately. However, for overseas payments, a refund fee ($5 per transaction) is incurred. Refunds are not possible once the application has been completed. (Operated in accordance with US Citizenship and Immigration Services standards)

• 4Things to keep in mind when applying

  You may need a new travel authorization if any of the following apply: -If you have been issued a new passport -If you change your name or gender -If you change your citizenship or country -If your answers to ESTA application questions that require a 'yes' or 'no' answer have changed. ESTA is generally valid for a period of two years or until the applicant's passport expires, whichever comes first.

• 7What is the difference between ESTA and Visa?

  The Electronic Travel Authorization is not a visa. Those who hold a visa may travel to the United States depending on the purpose for which the visa was issued. Those traveling on a valid visa do not need to apply for a travel authorization.

• 8Can I renew my ESTA?

  No, you must reapply if your ESTA expires.

• 9Will I be notified by email when the ESTA expiration date approaches?

  As your ESTA approaches its expiration date, you will receive an expiration notification sent to the email address provided on your application.

• 10Do I still need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization if I am transiting through the United States to travel to another country?

  Yes, you must obtain a travel permit or visa even when transiting through the United States. If a traveler intends to simply transit through the United States to another country, they must select “Yes” to the question “Are you traveling to the United States for transit purposes?” when completing the ESTA travel authorization application.
