• 1How long does it take to see the result of my application?

  Our experts will review the information you entered in advance and then proceed with your application. Once the application is processed, the review time may be delayed by up to 3 days depending on the application content or country of entry. Please apply in advance before entering the country.

• 2What is the application cost?

  The application fee consists of the UK ETA application fee, payment fee, and service usage fee. Regardless of exchange rates, the application fee is $52 USD.

• 3How do I get a refund or cancellation?

  If you submit your order to us but before it is submitted to the UK government, you can cancel and receive a refund immediately. However, for overseas payments, a refund fee ($5 per transaction) will be charged. Refunds are not possible once the application has been completed. (Operated according to UK ETA standards)
